All our packages are delivered by Purolator. The tracking number will be sent to you by email following the dispatch of your package.
It is the customer’s responsibility to indicate the correct delivery address. In the event of an error, customer service will contact you. Transport costs could be retained. This also applies in the case of unclaimed or refused packages.
Delivery costs and times
Quebec / Ontario
The delivery time for the regions of Quebec and Ontario is 24 working hours.
The delivery costs will be calculated directly by Purolator as a result of your choice of delivery type. (Purolator Ground or Express)
Rest of Canada
Delivery times for the rest of Canada are 2 to 3 business days.
The delivery costs will be calculated directly by Purolator in consequence of your choice of delivery type (Purolator Ground or Express), depending on the weight of the order and your location. The cost calculator will indicate the associated price when confirming your order. The delivery time is relative to the area.
Items damaged during transport
Groupe Alliances makes sure to ship the items in good condition for sale and adequately pack them to avoid any breakage during transport. If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email at [email protected] or call toll free at 1 (866) 880 6079 from Canada to let us know and we can consider possible solutions.
Lost package
If your package appears to be lost, please send us an email to [email protected] or call toll free at 1 (866) 880 6079 from Canada. We will then be able to follow up on the file with Purolator. A service ticket will be opened and an investigation of up to 5 working days will be carried out. If the package is officially declared lost, your order will be sent to you again at no additional cost. You will be informed throughout the process.
